PUBLICATION ETHICS (ETIKA PUBLIKASI)

Etika publikasi ini mengacu pada pedoman COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) serta praktik terbaik publikasi ilmiah. Semua pihak yang terlibat dalam proses penerbitan jurnal — editor, reviewer, dan penulis — wajib menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai etika berikut:

  1. Tanggung Jawab Editor
  • Editor bertanggung jawab atas keputusan penerbitan artikel.
  • Editor memastikan proses review berjalan adil, objektif, dan tepat waktu.
  • Editor menjaga kerahasiaan naskah dan tidak menyalahgunakan isi naskah untuk kepentingan pribadi.
  • Editor menolak artikel yang terindikasi plagiarisme atau pelanggaran etika penelitian.
  1. Tanggung Jawab Reviewer
  • Reviewer membantu editor dalam membuat keputusan editorial.
  • Reviewer melakukan penilaian secara objektif, ilmiah, dan profesional.
  • Reviewer menjaga kerahasiaan naskah.
  • Reviewer tidak boleh menilai naskah yang memiliki konflik kepentingan.
  1. Tanggung Jawab Penulis
  • Penulis menjamin bahwa naskah merupakan karya asli dan belum pernah dipublikasikan di tempat lain.
  • Semua bentuk plagiarisme, termasuk autoplagiarisme, merupakan pelanggaran etika.
  • Penulis wajib mencantumkan sumber kutipan secara tepat.
  • Penulis harus menyatakan konflik kepentingan (jika ada).
  • Penulis wajib mengikuti prosedur revisi sesuai masukan reviewer dan editor.
  1. Plagiarisme
  • Naskah dengan tingkat kemiripan berlebihan akan ditolak.
  • Jurnal menggunakan perangkat pengecekan kemiripan (similarity check).
  1. Penarikan Artikel (Retraction Policy)

Artikel dapat ditarik apabila:

  • terbukti plagiarisme
  • terdapat data palsu atau manipulasi
  • pelanggaran etika penelitian
  • kesalahan signifikan dalam hasil penelitian

This journal follows the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and adheres to the best practices of scholarly publishing. All parties involved in the publication process — editors, reviewers, and authors — must uphold the following ethical standards:

  1. Editors’ Responsibilities
  • Editors are responsible for deciding which articles will be published.
  • Editors ensure that the review process is fair, objective, and timely.
  • Editors must maintain the confidentiality of submitted manuscripts.
  • Editors must reject manuscripts with plagiarism or research ethics violations.
  1. Reviewers’ Responsibilities
  • Reviewers assist editors in making editorial decisions.
  • Reviews must be conducted objectively and professionally.
  • Reviewers must keep all manuscripts confidential.
  • Reviewers should decline to review manuscripts where conflicts of interest exist.
  1. Authors’ Responsibilities
  • Authors must ensure that their manuscript is original and has not been previously published.
  • All forms of plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, are unethical.
  • Authors must properly cite all referenced work.
  • Authors must declare any conflicts of interest.
  • Authors must respond to reviewers’ comments and make necessary revisions.
  1. Plagiarism
  • Manuscripts with a high similarity index will be rejected.
  • The journal uses similarity-checking software.
  1. Retraction Policy

Articles may be retracted if:

  • plagiarism is proven
  • data fabrication or manipulation is found
  • research ethics violations occur

major errors are identified in the published work.
